Terms of Service for DailyLedgerHelp
Effective January 2025. These Terms of Service govern your use of Bookkeeping Services, digital materials, and product offerings provided by DailyLedgerHelp, located at 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956. Business ID: S7963840A. Phone: +6581420554.
1. Services Offered
DailyLedgerHelp provides:
- Bookkeeping Services (including monthly account closing, reconciliation, and reporting);
- Digital Materials (eWorkbooks, templates, and guides);
- Physical Products (ledgers, journals, and stationery).
2. Scheduling and Confirmation
All service appointments are confirmed upon payment. Confirmation details are communicated via email. Changes to schedule must be requested through our contact form.
3. Bookkeeping Services Policy
Clients may reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. To request a reimbursement, submit a refund request at least 48 hours before the service start time. Requests after this window are not eligible for a reimbursement. Completed services are not eligible for a reimbursement.
Certain bespoke or expedited packages are final. For example, the Express Monthly Closure package is non-reimbursable due to dedicated resource allocation.
4. Digital Materials Policy
Digital Materials become accessible upon confirmation. All sales of digital materials are final and non-refundable once a download link or access credentials have been issued. In case of technical delivery failure, we will either provide corrected access or issue account credit for future digital offerings.
5. Physical Products Policy
Physical items may be sent back for a reimbursement or replacement within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original condition. Shipping costs to send items back are the responsibility of the customer. After inspection, approved reimbursements are processed via the original payment method within 7 days.
6. Reimbursement Details
- Service Reimbursements: Processed to the original payment method within 7 days after approval.
- Account Credit: Offered when digital delivery issues occur, valid for 12 months.
- Product Reimbursements: Processed after inspection, via original payment method.
7. No Reimbursement Clause
Custom projects and certain expedited services are non-reimbursable due to the bespoke effort involved. Clients are encouraged to review service descriptions carefully before purchase.
8. Liability Limitation
DailyLedgerHelp’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service or product. We are not responsible for indirect outcomes or opportunity loss.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. It is your responsibility to review terms regularly.
